To display the Save Declare Procedure dialog box

In the Script view or Function painter, select Edit>Paste Special>SQL>Procedure
Declare from the menu bar or click the Paste SQL button on the PainterBar
and select Procedure Declare. Select a procedure, specify arguments
if necessary, and click OK.
