RemoveChildElement method

The RemoveChildElement method
is overloaded:

Syntax 1 removes the first child
PBDOM_ELEMENT object (one level deep) that has the local
name provided and belongs to no namespace.
Syntax 2 removes the first child PBDOM_ELEMENT
object (one level deep) that has the local name provided and belongs
to the specified namespace.
