Note

PowerBuilder Compiler is considered obsolete starting from
PowerBuilder 2022. You should use PBAutoBuild instead.

1. Run the PowerBuilder Installer (you must have administrator
   privileges to run the installer).

2. Click Install/Modify or Update and then select PowerBuilder Utilities in the Programs tab and then click Install or Update.
