Failed to SaveAs Excel 12 when there is any empty row in the
DataWindow

Symptom

Cannot open the excel worksheet that is saved using SaveAs with
the file format excel 12. When trying to open it, the below message
prompts:

Cause

There are empty rows in the DataWindow.

Solution

Delete the empty rows from the DataWindow or set any value other
than null in any field of the empty rows.
