Starting from PowerBuilder 2017, the developer is required to log in and
activate PowerBuilder first before using it. If you do not have a valid account
to log in, please contact your license administrator to create an account
for you. And depending on whether the machine where PowerBuilder is installed
has Internet access or not, the account should be assigned with an online
license or offline license by your license administrator.
