Accessing the EAS Demo DB – PB Docs 70

Accessing the EAS Demo DB

PowerBuilder includes a standalone Adaptive Server Anywhere database called
the EAS Demo DB. The database is installed automatically, unless
you clear this option in the Setup program. Initially, you access
tables in the EAS Demo DB when you use the PowerBuilder tutorial.

An Adaptive Server Anywhere database is considered an ODBC data source, because
you access it with the Adaptive Server Anywhere ODBC driver.
