VScrollBar control
A VScrollBar is a vertical bar with arrows at either end and a
scroll box. Typically, you use a VScrollBar control as a slider control
for users to specify a value on a continuous scale, or as a way to display
information graphically to the user.
Usage note
The VScrollBar control is not the vertical scroll bar that
displays to allow the user to scroll through information in a control or
window.
