Transaction Objects

Transaction Objects (specifically IAdoConnectionProxy) are only
supported in .NET Framework, but not in .NET Core.

Transaction Objects from .NET do not support Oracle Data
Provider for .NET (Oracle.DataAccess.Client or
Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Client).
