Description

The Scale property specifies the scale of the watermark in the PDF
document

Usage

In scripts

The scale sets the scaling ratio used to display the watermark in
the PDF document. A value of 0 or <0 means no scaling (the original
size). A value of 100 means scaling the watermark (text or image) until it
fits just inside the borders of the current page. A value of 0~100 or
>100 means the percentage of scaling based on the size of the watermark
shown at the value of 100.

Based on the above rule, if the scale value is greater than 0, the
font size of a text watermark does not take effect.
