Runtime compatible versions – PB Docs 2022

PowerBuilder IDE 2022 and PowerBuilder Runtime 2022 must exactly
match with each other by major version numbers. Unlike IDE 2021 which
can support Runtime 2021 and 2019 R3, IDE 2022 can only support
Runtime 2022; it cannot support Runtime 2021 or earlier. For more, see

The application executable compiled with PowerBuilder Runtime
