Removing OData (IM)

Features/settings removed

As a result of removing OData, the following items are officially
removed from version 2022:

  • The OData database interface is removed from the Database
    painter (which means it is no longer possible to access databases
    through OData connections in PowerBuilder).

  • OData Service data source can no longer be used for a
    DataWindow.

Runtime files removed

  • The following runtime files for OData database interface (ODT)
    have been removed: pbodw.dll, pbodt.dll,
    Sybase.PowerBuilder.DataSource.OData.dll,
    Sybase.PowerBuilder.ODataClient.dll, and
    Sybase.PowerBuilder.ODataWrapper.dll
