Description

The RemoveAttribute method is overloaded:

Syntax 1 removes a PBDOM_ATTRIBUTE from its owner
PBDOM_ELEMENT object using a reference to the
PBDOM_ATTRIBUTE.
Syntax 2 removes a PBDOM_ATTRIBUTE from its owner
PBDOM_ELEMENT object using the name of the PBDOM_ATTRIBUTE.
Syntax 3 removes a PBDOM_ATTRIBUTE from its owner
PBDOM_ELEMENT object using the name and namespace of the
PBDOM_ATTRIBUTE.
