PowerServer toolbar changes

The “Compile & Run Web APIs” tool has been removed from
the PowerServer Toolkit toolbar. -
When you click the Run PowerServer
Project button on the toolbar, the PowerServer Web APIs
will be automatically compiled and run locally if it is not
started.-
If the PowerServer Web APIs is not started yet, the Web
APIs will be automatically compiled and run locally, and then
the installable cloud app will start to run; -
If the PowerServer Web APIs is already started, the
installable cloud app will start to run with the existing Web
APIs.

The Debug Project button is now available for use. For
details, refer to PowerServer project
