I checked. it works well with languages. it support non-Latin characters. if it doesn’t work you can refer to using the QRcode API https://pblib.com/knowledge-base/powerbuilder-qrcode-api-generator/
could you try to encode the non-latin text below? it will generate QR code but the QR reader will read as question marks. tried it with other generators in c++ an worked fine.
