pbm_custom[xx] argument changed from uLong to LongPTR – PB Docs 2022

The argument for pbm_custom01 through pbm_custom75 has been
changed from data type uLong to LongPTR since PowerBuilder 12.6. After
the scripts are migrated to version 12.6 or later, the user events will
lose their mappings to pbm_custom[xx]. The developer will need to edit
the object source code to map the user events to pbm_custom[xx] again
and update the argument.
