Packaging WebBrowser

If the WebBrowser control is used in the application, the
developer needs to select the “WebBrowser Support” option in the
PowerBuilder Runtime Packager to package the WebBrowser components (and
the “pbcef” folder) into the PowerBuilder runtime installer.
