About this chapter

This chapter explains how to use rich text in an application, either
in a RichText DataWindow object or in a RichTextEdit control.

Before you begin

This chapter assumes you know how to create RichText DataWindow
objects and RichTextEdit controls, as described in the section called “Working with Rich Text” in Users Guide. For information about using the
RichText edit style in DataWindow objects that do not have the RichText
presentation style, see the section called “Displaying and Validating Data” in Users Guide.
