DB connection – PB Docs 2022

PowerBuilder traditional client/server applications and
PowerBuilder installable cloud apps use different mechanisms for
database connections. For more details, refer to DB connection
differences.

Such connection difference may cause local temp tables to fail
to work in the installable cloud app. If your application uses local
temp tables, you can follow instructions in Enabling long connections
to work around the difference.
