Creating a DataWindow object based on a cross-database
join

The ability to create a DataWindow object based on a heterogeneous
cross-database join is available through the use of Adaptive Server’s
Component Integration Services. Component Integration Services allow you
to connect to multiple remote heterogeneous database servers and define
multiple proxy tables that reference the tables residing on those
servers.
