CreateError (obsolete)
Description
Returns the error messages that were generated during a previous
call to Create.
Obsolete method
CreateError is obsolete and should not be used, because the
DataWindow Web Control for ActiveX technology is obsolete.

Return value
Returns a string whose value is the error message text that was
generated when attempting to create a DataWindow from source code. If no
errors occur, returns an empty string.
Usage
Call CreateError immediately after the Create method to get error
messages generated by Create.
