Callback function for deploying
components to EAServer (Obsolete)
Description
This function is obsolete because EAServer is no longer supported
since PowerBuilder 2017. An obsolete feature is no longer eligible for technical support and will no longer be enhanced, although it is still available.
Called for each error that occurs when objects are deployed to
EAServer so that the errors can be stored for later display.
Functions that use this callback format are:

PBORCA_BuildProjectEx
