Error string generated by the DBMS.

Explanation

This string is generated by the database management system to which
you are connected. For example, if you are using the PowerBuilder Desktop
edition and you attempt to use a SQL Anywhere stored procedure, you see
the following error message:

Database   C0038: The PowerBuilder Desktop edition does not support stored procedures.
