Description
Gets the border color of a table cell in the RichTextEdit
control.

Argument |
Description |

tableID |
The unique ID that identifies the table. |
| row | The row number of the cell. |
| column | The column number of the cell. |
| borderType |
The border type to set the width. If not set, it means The following values are supported:

Return value
Long.
Returns the numeric value of the color. Values are 0 to
&HFFFFFF. Returns -1 if it fails. Returns null if any argument is
null.
Examples
The following example gets the right border color of the cell
(2,2).
