PDFVisibleContent object

PDFVisibleContent is one of the PDF Builder objects. It is derived
from PDFContent and is the ancestor object of the visible content objects,
including PDFImage, PDFImportContent, PDFMultilineText, PDFRichText,
PDFSharedText, and PDFText.

To view the full hierarchy of the PDF Builder objects, find
“pdfobject” in the Browser, right-click the object, and then select “Show
Hierarchy” in the pop-up menu.

Properties

PDFVisibleContent provides the following properties. The
properties are mainly for use by its child objects, including PDFImage,
PDFImportContent, PDFMultilineText, PDFRichText, PDFSharedText, and
PDFText.

PDFVisibleContent property	Datatype	Description
ClassDefinition	PowerObject	An object of type PowerObject containing information about the class definition of the object or control.
Height	Double	Sets or gets the height of the object.
Width	Double	Sets or gets the width of the object.
X	Double	Sets or gets the X coordinate of the object.
Y	Double	Sets or gets the Y coordinate of the object.

Events

PDFVisibleContent event	Occurs
Constructor	Immediately before the Open event occurs in the window.
Destructor	Immediately after the Close event occurs in the window.

Functions

PDFVisibleContent provides the following functions. In addition,
it inherits the functions from its parent, PDFContent. The functions are mainly
for use by its child objects, including PDFImage, PDFImportContent,
PDFMultilineText, PDFRichText, PDFSharedText, and PDFText.

PDFVisibleContent function	Datatype returned	Description
ClassName	String	Returns the name assigned to the object.
GetContextService	Integer	Creates a reference to a context-specific instance of the specified service.
GetParent	PowerObject	Returns a reference to the name of the parent object.
PostEvent	Boolean	Adds an event to the end of the message queue for the control.
SetPosition	None	Sets the coordinates of the object (setting both the X coordinate and Y coordinate).
SetSize	None	Sets the size of the object (setting both the width and height).
TriggerEvent	Integer	Triggers a specified event in the control and executes the script for the event.
TypeOf	Object	Returns the type of the control.
