Web API request log

You can enable logging for the PowerServer Web API requests at the
client, by adding the following setting to the PB.INI file (this INI
needs to be deployed to the server):

The log file (such as api202106241530.log) will be generated at
%AppData%PBAppsApplications[appname]log.
