To display the Insert Object dialog box Insert Control tab

  • In the Window, User Object, or DataWindow
    painter, select Insert>Control>Ole Object from
    the menu bar or click the Ole button in the Objects drop-down list
    on the PainterBar.

    or

    In the DataWindow painter, create a new DataWindow object
    using the OLE presentation style.

  • Select the Insert Control tab and click where you
    want to insert the new object in the workspace.
