Synchronize changes to the class diagram

Select true if you want changes that you make in a PowerBuilder
painter to be immediately implemented in the class diagram associated
with the current PowerBuilder target. The class diagram must be
open in the background behind the PowerBuilder painter for the changes
to take effect. Synchronization is one-way only: from the PBL to
the OOM.

Reload object-oriented file on start-up

Select true if you want the class diagrams associated with
the current PowerBuilder workspace to reload the next time you open
the workspace. Note that this is not the same property as the Auto-reload
Last Workspace accessible from the Tools>General Options dialog
box when a class diagram is displayed in the PowerBuilder painter
area.
