Rows

TDrag the column containing the values you want to display
down the left side of the crosstab from the Source Data box to the
Rows box.

Columns

Drag the column containing the values you want to display
across the top of the crosstab from the Source Data box to the Columns
box.

Values

Drag the column containing the values you want to calculate
in the crosstab from the Source Data box to the Values box. If you
want to use an aggregate function other than the one suggested,
double-click the item in the Values box and edit the expression.

Rebuild columns at runtime

Check to specify the crosstab as a dynamic crosstab. (If this
box is unchecked, the crosstab is a static crosstab.)
